Iām writing this from the Body Camp in Mallorca. The Body Camp is focused on fitness and mindset and weāve spoken a lot about David Goggins here. In case you havenāt come across him yet āGogginsā overcame a huge amount of adversity to become a Navy Seal and is now commonly billed as the worldās toughest man. Ā
One of my favorite quotes from him is āDonāt focus on what you think you deserve. Take aim at what you are willing to earn.ā Hopefully, this is a reminder of the importance of mindset. For me, mindset has always been a bit of a nebulous term. Itās easy to realise it is important but sometimes it can be hard to understand how it is applicable. David Goggins book has some great actionable tips to improve mindset so Iād highly recommend it,
