Start-ups working with corporates, angel investing dictionary and climate tech
Welcome to Heroa!
Welcome to the very first issue of Heroa 👋. A newsletter all about start-ups and venturing.
It’s interesting starting a new project. You always wonder if it will work out but I’m a fundamental believer that it’s important to try new things alongside keeping a sense of resilience and a sprinkling of humour. This is the spirit that I hope is going to run across this newsletter.
In the meantime thanks to all of you that are reading this. Do let me know if you have any comments, questions or tips?
Here’s what’s covered in this weeks newsletter - insights, operator tips, interesting pieces of writing from investors and events (virtual of course!).
Insights
Will SS21 be a turning point for diversity? Facebook is turning VR into a platform. Investment into climate tech is growing at five times the market rate. Why Wing Ventures invested in Snowflake – before it was obvious.
